Plugging the digital advertising talent gaps

It’s no secret that the digital marketing industry is currently in a state of employment flux.

Exacerbated by increased digital demand caused by the global pandemic, vacancies for digital advertising and tech roles have doubled over the past year. In addition, unsustainable levels of demand for mid-level wages within the talent pool are also placing increased pressure on brands and agencies looking to recruit.
