Alpha Digital launches ethical recruitment platform
The Alpha Digital team is proud to have launched a new recruitment process that removes bias towards prospective candidates. Recognising the effect that traditional hiring methods can have on excluding talent, the Be Applied platform allows for more inclusive recruitment decisions to thrive.
It will be initially rolled out with the 2022 intake of our 360° Graduate Program, allowing for a fair and equitable approach in finding talent with the ideal skills we look for. Candidates in their final year of study or who have graduated in the last 12 months are encouraged to apply through our careers page.
