Join Alpha Digital’s growing Client Solutions team in this newly created senior client relationship role.

Alpha Digital is growing and we’re looking for someone with a special mix of client relationship building, marketing strategy chops, digital media experience, and account growth abilities.
This role works with prospective client partners to interpret complex client briefs, unpack their business and marketing challenges, and design digitally-led marketing solutions that will build brands, deliver on performance outcomes and exceed expectations.
You will work closely with our Strategy, Paid Media, Digital Experience, Creative and Client Service teams to ideate, validate, and design digital marketing campaigns and annual plans that achieve our client’s business and marketing goals.
We only put forward marketing solutions that are strategically sound and backed by relevant research and data. You will tap into our team’s expertise and knowledge to ensure your concepts are grounded in genuine human insight.

You’ll also create new opportunities with key strategic growth prospects. Being well connected and networked within the Queensland media and advertising market, we will be looking to you to create connections and opportunities for growth and expansion.
You’re going to be responsible for identifying high value growth opportunities for Alpha Digital, nurturing the opportunities, developing and pitching digital marketing solutions, then onboarding new clients. From there, you will work with the execution teams (local or interstate) to ensure that the client’s experience is nothing short of excellent and that the solution you developed is being delivered according to plan.

What are we looking for in you?
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, media, and/or e-commerce
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Negotiation skills and experience working with marketing contracts
- Experience with turning client briefs into digital marketing plans
- Knowledge of digital media landscape
- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms and tech
- Very strong visual presentation skills
- Very strong verbal and written communication
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management
