About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our ever-growing team. As our Paid Media Coordinator, you’ll be tasked with assisting the team with the delivery of paid media across all channels. You will be expected to:

  • Work with specialists and managers to execute long-term paid media strategies.
  • Drive growth through paid search, paid social and programmatic.
  • Assist on day-to-day paid media activity such as ad copy testing, quality scores updates, ad updates, implementation and conduct daily/weekly/monthly optimisations.
  • Formulate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, exploring insights that evolve our media strategy on an ongoing basis.
  • Use planning tools, marketing and business data to build media audiences.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor, industry and keyword research to propose areas of development, expansion and testing tactics.
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and find new growth opportunities.
  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts in collaboration with our in-house creative and content team.
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends.

What we’re looking for

The role is suitable for anyone looking for a career change or completing university, including (but not limited to) those studying Marketing/Advertising/PR, Commerce, Mathematics, Science, or Information Technology. What we’re really looking for is someone who stands out, either through their performance at university or through a demonstrated passion for digital marketing. There is no GPA cut-off or specific study requirements for this role.
